What do I need to bring?
We need the device and valid photo ID, such as a New Zealand Drivers License or Passport.

What devices do you buy?
We are generally interested in Apple device models no older than 5-6 years old. We also purchase most models of computer, smartphone, and tablet, but we are mainly interested in Apple devices.
iOS devices must have "Find my " turned off before we can purchase them. We cannot buy iCloud locked devices under any circumstance.

How long does the process take?
In general, we need around 1-2 working days to fully inspect your device and prepare an offer.
